1. No Returns or Refunds

All products sold on www.pb-and-t.com are sold as-is. Once a purchase is made, it is final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products, except where required by law.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a replacement of the defective or damaged item. Please keep all packaging and take photos of the damaged product to assist in processing your claim. 

If a product is found to be defective, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. However, refunds will not be issued for defective products. Please refer to the manufacturer for warranty information. 

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or altered. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

4. Shipping Issues

If you encounter issues with shipping, such as missing packages, delays, or incorrect delivery information, please contact the shipping carrier directly as we are not responsible for any shipping issues once the order has left our warehouse.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable items due to incorrect address information.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees, such as shipping and handling charges, are non-refundable. These charges are included in your total order cost at checkout and are applicable even in the event of damaged items or replacements.
